Best Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe (the "Service Provider") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, the Service Provider will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service Provider's service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to the Service Provider's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to the Service Provider's Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Best Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that the content has been removed or disabled. To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:

  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to the Service Provider's Designated Copyright Agent via the contact method provided below.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. The DMCA provides that you may file a counter-notification with Best Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe's Designated Copyright Agent if the material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
    • "I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
    • "I hereby state that I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Best Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Please note that Best Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe may send a copy of your counter-notification to the original complaining party. The original complaining party will then have 10 business days to inform us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If Best Snickerdoodle Cookies Recipe does not receive such notification within 10 business days, we may restore the material to the Site.
